Clients may cancel an order within 24 hours of payment for a full refund, provided work has not yet commenced. Because our service involves manual labour and professional time, once a writer has started the drafting process, only a 50% "partial refund" is available. Once a first draft has been delivered to your email or WhatsApp, no refunds will be issued. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to spicebenny5@gmail.com with your order number.

We will fix the file format immediately to ensure it works perfectly with the platforms you are using (LinkedIn, PNet, Indeed, etc.)
